The allpaystation is an ideal addition to a cash office, library or civic centre. Not only does it give customers greater flexibility in the way they choose to pay their bills, but its self-service capabilities can help reduce queues.
It is easy to use; utilising voice prompting, video and touch screen technology the allpaystation guides customers through payment process.
It has the facility to accept payments against barcoded bills or invoices as well as against swipe cards, with the option to scan, swipe or key in customer’s card or invoice details.
The allpaystation utilises a Bulk Note Acceptor, making it quick and easy for customers to make payments. As well as cash, a debit or credit card can also be accepted (this feature can be restricted to cash and debit card only if preferred).
Change is dispensed in both notes and coins and a receipt given for proof of the transaction.
Security
The allpaystation contains a 24-hour UL 291 ATM high security safe which conforms to banking industry standards.
It is rear loading and can be installed through a wall for added security.
Vandal resistant glass helps protect the allpaystation’s screen, while awareness mirrors enable users to be more aware of their surroundings.
